Dear friends,
Our CASB delegation visited the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) National Committee in Beijing on Dec. 22, 2004. We are very honored to be invited by Mr. Luo Haochai, the Vice Chairman of CPPCC National Committee.
CASB has been invited by CPPCC National Committee to contribute suggestions for the National Conference to be held in March in Beijing. The suggestions may be regarding the 11th Five-year
Plan, which is in the process of preparing. General suggestions about any strategic development, macro-economy, and policies, as well as any from specific fields are welcome. We would also like to invite experts to contribute articles of suggestions regarding to the 11th Five-year Plan and some important issues.
CASB is going to compile a letter to CPPCC about our suggestions. Please send me your suggestions as soon as possible.
